We hear all kinds of stories from folks who ended up with the 'wrong' contractor. I'm told of those who make grand promises that don't show up on time, if at all; of slow or unreturned phone calls; and of workmanship that in no way resembles what had been discussed. The list of disappointments and headaches goes on and on.
At the end of their stories, there is always a glimmer of hope that we'll be different. They just want someone who will listen to them, offer suggestions that make sense, and follow through with whatever has been agreed to.No headaches- No hassles.
Many will continue with the tried and true method of getting several contractor bids, choose the least offensive one, and hope for the best.
Some will find a different way, and that's where we come in.
